Our next project begins at the perfect time, in below zero degree weather…

In all seriousness though, the snow makes for pretty scenery as excavation is under way. This house will be located in the Orchards area, in a beautiful subdivision. The house plan is around 2,600 sq. ft., with an open concept overlooked by a bonus room.

An extra long garage bay will offer boat or RV parking, or just extra room for storage or a working area.

The exterior will share a few similarities to our last build, but with an entirely reimagined floor plan.

And then there was mud…

An unfortunate reality. The cold snap didn’t stay long and, as the clean white snow melts away, we are left with a sloshy mud pit! However, that doesn’t dampen the progress and work has begun on forming up the footings and the foundation will be soon to follow.
