What’s the plan?

Being able to visualize your plan in 3D can be helpful when making design choices and understanding the layout of the home, making sure its cohesive and that the spaces work for you.

This plan snippet is from a small house that we are building for a customer in Clarkston. They wanted a house that was about 1,000 square feet, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s a tight fit, so adding things like the bump out in the kitchen can be a good way to give you some extra space for a particular room, without affecting the flow of the house.
