Previous Build’s Series, Canyon

This is a home that we finished last year right before the holiday season. Being on a corner lot meant we were able to take advantage of the gorgeous views. This home is in the same development area as the Loft House, as well as another one we’re building, which is yet to be named.

As you walk into the spacious entryway there is room for a bench or entry table, and directly to your left is a walk through pantry that leads into the kitchen.

The kitchen has modern shaker cabinets with brushed bronze hardware, and a custom made knotty alder cabinet with glass doors that sits on the counter in the corner and reaches to the ceiling.

The living area is all open, and features a statement brick fireplace with a custom wood mantle.

The master bathroom has a tile shower and double vanities with granite countertops.

The hall bathroom also has granite countertops, with an intricate backsplash that brings an extra level of detail to the the room.

This is before the house was completely finished. There is now lush green grass and a white fence enclosing the yard, providing privacy for the covered patio and lawn.
